Cité du Havre Rooftop penthouse rehabilitation

This project upgraded the waterproofing, insulation, and architectural components of the rooftop penthouses. The scope included extensive demolition, reinstatement of steel framing, installation of new decorative louvres, new roof access doors, new rooftop canopies, and related work.
